Since February 2022, I have worked on many productions at the Opera de Lausanne, from great classical operas to comedies and operettas.

We mainly work with wigs and stage makeup but also all the beautiful hats and accessories created by costume designers. In addition to the makeup and hair work on show days, I also often help with the prep work during fittings and try-ons to determine each character’s look and attributes and care for/style the wigs/hair pieces in between show days. There is also some admin work such as sorting out the plannings, working on the cue sheet as well as creating production files of the hair and makeup to send to other operas wishing to play a show created by the Opera de Lausanne.
